Has anyone on here come up with a means to track the Water, Protein, Vitamins and other nutrional items, like a spread sheet or tally or journal. Snowbird 0 Posted October 2, 2011 Try www.myfitnesspal.com. I'm pre-op but I've been using myfitnesspal to keep track of what I eat. Sure was a wake up call to how many calories, fat grams, carbs- etc. I was actually taking in. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
