Does anyone have a hotel in San Diego to recommend that is decent but not too expensive?

I stayed at the Days Inn/ sea world. I think it was under $65 a night. I didn't get free shuttle service to the hotel from the airport but they do offer free shuttle to the airport in the morning but make sure you pre- arrange it with the shuttle driver.
