where do you get the B12 sublingual from ? Is it a script from the DR or is it otc?

I was instructed to start it at 6 weeks out (yesterday!) and to take it weekly. Mine is OTC. :-)

I buy it OTC from costco, I still have most of the bottle and I'm almost 7 months out ha! Anyways, I think I started taking them about a month post op.

My surgeon doesn't have me on B12 supplements (or anything really, aside from a multivitamin). I decided to do Calcium on my own, but I'm wondering about B12. My B12 levels were actually high in my pre-op bloodwork, but don't most of us need B12??

I got mine at Wal-Mart as well...Over the counter in the Vitamin isle. "Spring Valley" brand name, sublingual liquid B Complex with B12. 59 doses in a bottle, one bottle cost $6.00

I do one dropper full every other day.

The B-12 is otc - I bought mine at costco, but Trader Joe's has a good one too.
