MegaSue1017 0 Posted September 21, 2011 I HATE most Protein shakes! I have ordered samples from Chike and Vitalady and have found some that you can't even tell that there is protein in them! I also mix the Protein Powder with 8 oz skim milk and 1/3 cup dried milk to add 16 grams of protein! With the additional grams of protein in the shake, I only have to have one a day plus my protein intake my from food I get around 60-70 ish grams a day.
