Pre-Op Appointment Today- REALLY ANXIOUS!

So, I've been lurking around on this site for a little while but I haven't actually interacted yet. I'm thankful for this community, because you all have shed light on the different ins and outs of VSG. I've found a wonderful doctor ( Dr. Clark @ The Center for Weight Loss Success) and my pre-op appointment is this afternoon. I'm SO anxious/nervous. I've lost a lot of weight before, but now it's all come back... plus some! I wouldn't say I'm having second thoughts, just wondering if I should be doing something less extreme. I would love it if you guys could help me out here. Did anyone have similar thoughts or experiences?
