kipepeo 0 Posted September 20, 2011 Wooow - I see lots of success out there!! Congratulations All Stars - lets keep it going!!!! I had a stall all of last week which was frustrating but more Protein and workout broke it. In fact, this morning I had lost another 1.4lbs overnight. Yipee!! I managed to convince myself, or should I say CHOOSE (lol) to go to the gym after work for only 30 mins today and I feel fantastic. I hurt a little on the inside and I hope I didnt overdo it. kipepeo 0 Posted September 22, 2011 Checking in - got my workout in today. I am doing couch to 4K and today i managed 1.5 mins walking and 1min jogging/running. So excited.
