iiPinkxLoveii 0 Posted September 16, 2011 I am officially on week 3 of my"pureed phase" and I have ran out of ideas! Help please! Even though I have not really pureed my food recently because it just makes me gag! I know my tummy is still fragile but I have been eating mostly eggs, tilapia, and oatmeal chewing it really well, and have ran outof ideas! Most of my food is going down ok but still kinda get sick when I eat too fast or sip something while eating (which I impose its a no no, but its a hard thing for me) Help please! Heatherr 149 Posted September 16, 2011 I would take a scoop of ff refried Beans, put some salsa on it and sprinkle some cheese on it and bake it or nuke it until bubbly. I'd add some spices to it and top with a dollop of greek yogurt. It was sooooooo good. I'd also do this with some leftover chicken. I'd spice it up add some salsa and toss it in the magic bullet, top it with cheese and cook til bubbly. tuna melt minus the bread. Warm it up with some pureed Tomato and cheese - so good. Pot roast and gravy. Eggplant parmesan. I made it for hte family and tossed some in the magic bullet with some extra parmesan cheese for Protein. THAT one was flipping delicious and hit the spot, though not as high in Protein.< /p> I made the family Pasta with meat sauce and just ate the meat sauce with some extra cheese in it.
