Are there sleevers here who are several years out? If so, can you please share how you are doing now with your eating and maintaining?

I'm wondering if you still have the feeling that you could spiral out of control at anytime. I always had that feeling after weight loss before, and obviously it always happened eventually or I wouldn't be here!
