New to the Forum with one more day before being sleeved

Hi everyone,

I've been reading post for about three months now, never participating. Finally took the dive! I am getting sleeved at St Lukes hospital in NYC on thursday. Im excited but scared at the same tiime.

Ive been morbidly obese for more than 15 years now and Im sooooo ready to feel better physically and mentally. My sister had a by pass done over 5 years ago and is doing well. Her sucess helped me to make my decision to get healthy.

Thank you all for the informative information. I feel better prepared for whats to come and knowing this family of sleevers are availabe for support makes me feel even more confident in my journey.
