Shalon 10 Posted September 11, 2011 I don't know if it is my mind playing tricks on me or what. I did the pre-op diet for 10 days, mixing food with shakes and staying under 800 calories per day. I was hungry every day, but usually if I had a piece of beef Jerky, it was heavy enough to make me feel full for a few hours. Tomorrow is my surgery and so I am on Clear liquids until 6pm. It's almost 1pm now and I am starving. My stomach won't stop growling, and I'm getting a headache. I can't wait to get this over with because I am starting to freak out. I felt that way when I first started the clear diet four days ago. By day two, I was fine. Don't worry. You will get through it. Just think about the finish line. Tomrorow you will be sleeved...and so will I!! I hope you have a successful surgery and a speedy recovery. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Tomorrow is the big day!! I am excited!
