After 4 weeks and 3 days my stall is BROKEN!!!!! Woke this morning and was 4 pounds down! So happy that the scale is finally moving. There is hope for all of us long stallers...it will move again.

Yay! My weight loss has been "stallish'. I lose a few, then I hover for a while and then lose more after a few weeks. It will come off. At least I've been growing out of my clothes!

CONGRATS!!! and I sure hope so!! I am starting to think that my sleeve is saying "I AM DONE!!!" But, I keep saying, "NO YOU AREN'T!!!
