staceybea 0 Posted September 7, 2011 I just completed my 3rd week post op and having started mushy foods. I've noticed over the last several days that as soon as I eat dinner, regardless of what it is, I get very tired. Does anyone else experience this?
ava2011 2 Posted September 8, 2011 I find myself really tired in the evenings. I am 7 weeks out. I have had to schedule in a short late afternoon/early evening nap just to get through the rest of the night. Remember your body is still recovering and by the time evening rolls around it is easy to be tired from the day's events.
Raine 170 Posted September 8, 2011 I was taking naps in the afternoon/evening for a month post op. First two weeks multiple times a day and then when I went back to work as soon as I got home. If I didn't I would be in bed by 8:00 at night lol
