D dont worry you should drink more Water and i found that the answer to losing was eating more frequently. I guess if you dont eat your body stores anything you put in cause its in starvation mode. I honestly eat 8-10 small Snacks that are full of Protein. Like low fat turkey slices and goat cheese etc..

Don't worry about it.

If you're not drinking enough your body will hold onto every little bit of Fluid that enters it. I Garuantee that If you drink a ton of Water over the next couple of days your weight will go down dramatically. (I personally shoot for 100oz per day)
