Jane_J 117 Posted September 3, 2011 YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL! AND AMAZING! LOVE THE DRESS! Thanks all. The dress and shoes came from our local charity shop and cost a whole £14.50 total!! The charity shop purchasing was born of rapid weight loss and it was the cheapest way to get through it, and I got the habit. I think the dress is Italian designer, Rinascimento, the shoes were unworn and made by Unisa which is an expensive brand. I love a good bargain I do!

GREAT JOB It took about a year to get rid of most of it and I did not exercise a lot, but I did try to walk as much as possible. I lost 125lbs in total and am half the person I was. Jane_J 117 Posted September 3, 2011 Oh My... JANE!! LOOK AT YOU!! You look absolutely fan-bloody-tastic!! What an amazing transformation... makes me realise that I just have to KEEP GOING! How did you get your arms to be soooo toned??? Share you secrets lady... simply, lush! =] Thanks coops, a spot of kickboxing helped, but there is still some wrinkled hanging skin, but then I'm 53 so it's to be expected. I am off on hols this evening and I hope to do alot of scuba diving so that should build up the legs. My daughters think I am weedy now! Please keep going and don't give up, it's a bit of a long slog but the VSG makes it achievable and maintainable. x
