notsochubbybritneyspears 4 Posted September 1, 2011 Since I am out of the mushies, I went to ihop with a friend -- they don't have the most nutritional choices so I ordered a Kids menu french toast and turkey bacon -- I ate the french toast with Syrup - not sugar free - I was being adventurous. Needless to say no more maple syrup ever again, my blood sugar dropped, I was sweating, nauseated and felt dizzy. Just some friendly advice so you don't have to experiance this as well. janinemaire 7 Posted September 1, 2011 Maybe it was dumping syndrome but it might have been to much sugar to soon. The bread itself could have made you feel sick. I like ihop I get the rooty tootie kids Breakfast, one egg, 2 pieces of bacon and 1 pancake which I only take a bite of because I'm too full. If something don't feel good now wait and try it again in a few months.
