anca 42 Posted September 1, 2011 Hi. I'm 7 weeks out and I eat almost anything now. Don't be scared, as long as you chew very well, nothing will go wrong. You can have salmon, any kind of fish, chicken, toast, tuna (canned), ground meat, Beans hard boiled eggs, omeletes. Try those and you'll see. You've lost a lot, girl! Keep it up! I've only lost 25 pounds, but it's ok.
bikerchick519 202 Posted September 1, 2011 Why were you in the hospital, if you don't mind my asking? And where did you have your sleeve done?
virtygirl 11 Posted September 2, 2011 Hi I agree with Anca, I will be six weeks post op tomorrow. I have moved on to most foods except certain vegetables and salads. Canned tuna, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fish--tilapia, salmon, chicken etc. Try eating something of your choice and take it slow. Good luck!
