haha... it doesn't say it in my ticker, but MY perfect goal would be to get to 142, so I could say I lost exactly half my weight. :)

A lot of heavier people lose height, the weight pressure compresses our spines. Can you get your height back... some claim to have with exercise like pilates and yoga which focus on stretching and lengthening the body. I haven't checked my height to see if I've shrunk or not, I am going to do pilates and yoga though.
