Obviously, when I read that it has weight loss 'benefits' I became suddenly interested *shock horror* ... yea, I am at that stage where I will do anything to get to goal *sighs*!! Well, I've bought some and I am drinking a cup or two daily ... only been a few days... and I am slowly beginning to enjoy it! Yassy2 0 Posted September 6, 2011 I have heard that Green Tea helps boost your metabolism and that's why its great for weight loss. It's suppose to burn fat. I used to drink it a lot before I had surgery. I can only say that it helped with curving my appetite & I love the taste. So get it in how ever you can.
