How do you calculate percentage of ewl?

You take the amount you've lost and divide by the amount you need to lose. It gives you a decimal number. Move the decimal two spots to the right and that is the percentage.

For instance, I've lost 30 pounds. I want to lose 115 pounds. 30/115=.2608 or 26 percent.

thats great! im only 3 months and 48lbs. i wish it was more,im doing what they say but the weight isnt coming off fast anymore
