when did you start taking Biotin after surgery?

Hi guys! how long after surgery did you start to take Biotin? I want to start it again because of the thinning hair issue, but, i am not sure if its too soon. I was sleeved the 17th and am on the puree stage! Thanks guys! I can swallow pills, liquids, puree's just fine w no issues, just not sure if my stomach is still healing and I shouldnt introduce new pills.

To be on the safe side with for 30 days after your surgery and then take it. You do know that taking it does not guarantee that you will not lose your hair? It just helps with the regrowth. There really is nothing that will stop the loss of your hair.
