It took me almost a week and a half after surgery! I felt sooooo bad, I had taken Miralax, ducolax, the on call doctor even told me to take magnesium citrate- none of it worked. Then I took Milk of Magnesia and in less than an hr, I had a BM that continued all day lol.

it took me a week to have a BM and it was horrible. I had severe Constipation. I still don't poop normally. It's my least favorite thing about the surgery.
