alma95 0 Posted August 19, 2011 I have only lost FOUR lbs since 8/3... I'm only 3 weeks out, I feel like I should be losing more than that at this stage in the game. I am eating what I should, drinking my Water, exercising and doing my Protein shakes... the only thing I can come up with is maybe I'm drinking the wrong shakes? I started out on Unjury and could not stomach the taste or smell so I've been using Six Star Pro Nutrition whey isolate Protein Powder for about the last 2 1/2 weeks. I feel like I remember the NUT saying to stay away from certain things in protein drinks... is this one of those?? I can't figure out what else could be going on if it's not the Protein Shakes. Thomas CPA 496 Posted August 19, 2011 Go with a shake you like the taste of. Most have same calorie and Protein count. I tried one from costco tasted like chalk now get one from Target, tastes great.
