I love these forums. I was banded on June 6th and its been a roller coaster ride. I am now in the right mental space and fortunately I have rebounded from a gain. I am working out on a regular basis and it feels good. I would just like to give my thanks to all of you for all your coorespondence. It means a lot to me. Keep up the good work. My first fill is Monday.:clap2:
