shauntil6266 0 Posted July 13, 2006 :help: Ok heres my problem I have not lost any weight maybe like 2-3pds. I don't eat alot i cut out sweets and i only drink Water or tea i try and eat yougurt for Breakfast. I know my real problem is not exercising I have had the lap band since March 2006 and its july 2006 am i just a slow one?:help: I did already have my first fill i believe he gave me 1.4cc and i think i need another one, but sometime i still have probelems eating my foods so should i get another fill or should i just wait?:help: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

tinaj 0 Posted July 27, 2006 thank goodness I am not the only one. I just made a similiar post. My first fill was 2cc's. I can still eat a lot. I've only lost 2 pounds since my first fill!. I still get the stuck feeling when I first start to eat but other than that I don't think I have any restriction. I am going to make an appointment and go get another fill. good luck!!!!!! CCBSTX 0 Posted July 27, 2006 You should be able to eat solid foods, Protein first, in order to fill yourself up. Be careful of the "easy" foods (ice cream, chips, juice). I always suggest folks to log onto fitday.com and track their calories for at least a few days. That way, you can see what you are eating. See the top of this board regarding adjustments under the "FILLS" heading. It has great info. on knowing when you need to be adjusted.
