Forensikchic 528 Posted August 4, 2011 I was having really bad headaches on day 1 and day 2. I just wanted to say that they are finally subsiding!!! Woohooo! I have noticed that while I do get hungry, the Protein Shakes really do seem to help that. I have survived 2 days and almost 3 and I am getting a sense that I really can do this thing!!!!
