Margo 0 Posted July 12, 2006 Wow, I could not believe my eyes the other day....took my daughter to the medical clinic for her yearly check-up and guess what I saw the minute I walked into the clinic?? A huge sign that was promoting the lap band surgery by one of the docs in the clinic!!!! And best of all, in small print underneath it it read "and gastric bypass surgery". The lap band surgery got "top billing":clap2: :clap2: :clap2: . I got so excited I left the doctor a note about my lap band and that I would be happy to assist him with any patients who might need the "real thing" to talk to. (I spoke with him prior to his getting involved with the lap band, and actually spent an hour telling him about it last April!!!) Thought you all might want to know the good news!!!
