Was a humpty dumpty 35 Posted August 4, 2011 I am one week post op and bought some today. I actually made a savoury dish from it - I put it in a blender with some smoked salmon, a bit of cream cheese, a bit of milk to make it runnier and some cayenne pepper and salt. It was yummy and one of the only things so far that has made me feel a bit full. That sounds good. I am making that tomorrow.
Raine 170 Posted August 5, 2011 I used it to make smoothies w/crystal light packs yogurt, orange crystal lite, and skim milk, tasted like an orange cream cicle lol.
MeMeMEEE 206 Posted August 5, 2011 I did this recipe - I didn't use the fruit, just made the jello/yogurt mix. Very good! I used sf cherry Jello and sf vanilla Torani Syrup. http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2010/05/fluff-stuff.html
lunarose 97 Posted August 5, 2011 I use it in place of half the skim milk when making sugar free pudding and I'll even add a scope of Protein Powder I also will throw in a couple of tablespoons when I make my shakes.< /p>

razrbakcrzy 9 Posted August 5, 2011 Thanks these are some great ideas. This evening I put a packet of Splenda and sprinkled some cinnamon in. That was good. I assume at some point I will be able to have fresh vegetables. Mixing it with Hidden Valley Ranch would make a very healthy dip to serve with veggies. This "healthy eating" is a whole new thing to me but I am catching on. LOL Does anyone cook with it as in a hot dish? chicken Tika - Yogurt mixed with curry seasoning coat small bite size pieces of skewered chicken then grill on your outdoor grill..... Mmmmm! 1 ddoherty18 reacted to this

amyp12345 10 Posted April 26, 2021 My favorite is to mix two cups Greek yogurt with a pack of sugar free cream cheese pudding mix. It makes several servings (at least four depending on how much you eat I guess) and then I microwave some frozen strawberries for a minute and add them to it for a strawberry cheesecake-ish taste.
