LaurenKorea 1 Posted August 2, 2011 Due to lack of choices in Korea, this has become my staple Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Is this a good choice? Please tell me what you think. 1 and 1/2 tbsp of shredded chicken breast 1 tbsp of pizza cheese 1 and 1/2 tbsp of spaghetti sauce (no meat) I am almost 6 weeks out. My meal plan consists of all types of rice and Korean side dishes so this wasn't exactly on the list. Thank you in advance.^_____________^
Tiffykins 673 Posted August 2, 2011 I ate a lot of things that were similar to that combo.I just recently tried Korean food for the first, and had the bulgogi which I found to be super tender, and it worked really well. It maybe a little early for beef, but for future use, I highly recommend it

LaurenKorea 1 Posted August 3, 2011 If it was spicy, it's probably a different version of bulgogi but the sugar content shouldn't be high enough to concern you, I 'm early out so still watching my sugar. So enjoy^__^ Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I didn't know what they flavored/seasoned it with, and I got mine spicy so that's probably why I didn't taste the sugary part of it LOL LOL.
