I had my 4^th weight management appointment today and I have lost 11 lbs. I have two more appointments before my packet is sent to the insurance company for approval. I am so excited because I am getting closer to my surgery. I asked the nurse today about what size tube the doctor using during the procedure and she said it was 15 cc; I am not sure how big that is. I have been reading about some of your pre-op diets and restrictions, and I was told my will be two weeks of high Protein, low carb and 24 hours before surgery to use a suppository or milk of magnesia that’s it. I cant solid food not just liquids or shakes
