KristeyK 3 Posted August 1, 2011 Now, I am still a student nurse, but I know that there's at least one nurse, and I noticed someone else with nurse in their screen name. Fess up- how many of us are nurses? (YAY NURSES!)
TLC's VSG 2011 0 Posted August 2, 2011 Hi Kristy! I graduated last year with my MSN degree. I received my BSN in 1999. Most of my career, I have worked as a Hospice nurse. My MSN focus is in Nursing Informatics. I am currently working as a Business Analyst for our I.T. department. When I am up to speed on the technology piece, I will move into a Nursing Informatics Liaison position between the Clinical staff and the I.T. staff, working collaboratively to get everyone up and running in the electronic medical record (EMR). Keep up the good work! We need more nurses! Now, I am still a student nurse, but I know that there's at least one nurse, and I noticed someone else with nurse in their screen name. Fess up- how many of us are nurses? (YAY NURSES!)

KristinaRN 54 Posted August 7, 2011 Yay nurses! I have been a pediatric nurse for 11 years now, and love it! I have been considering getting my MSN someday, or possibly a Masters in Health Administration. Then I could RUN the hospital!
