seppi 0 Posted July 11, 2006 :clap2: Today is my 1 year anniversary. So much has changed over the last year. I've had a few ups and a few downs but overall it's been great! I cannot describe how many things have changed for the better for me. I have a ways to go yet but for the first time in a long time I see it as possible. I want to thank everyone who answered my many many questions. So much support. This board is fantastic. I am finally getting a fill this week and should be able to get the "losing" going again. I am also promising myself that I will get better at exercising. (I haven't done as much as I should) I know that with the weight loss I have had so far I will be able to exercise without thinking that I will die. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
