Can anyone rec'd a certain brand powder from Vitamin Shoppe? I have a coupon and have heard that their store brand isnt that good!! just trying to get ahead of the game! I guess I am nesting for my new life on August 26th. Thanks for any input

I went to the dr just to be sure and my calf on the left was a little bigger on the left, so I was send for a ultrasound and everything came back ok so I was very relieved but still wasnt able to walk on it for a day.

I would recommend not stocking up on anything before surgery. After your surgery your tastes will change. Before surgery I really enjoyed Bariatric Advantage powders - now after my surgery there's a few that I can't stand because they are too sweet. Try getting some samples for after the surgery so you haven't spent a lot of money on something you won't like. There's a lot of places that you can get samples from.
