Should I do GSP or VSG?

I am scheduled for a Gastric Sleeve Plication but after reading a TON, I am thinking the VSG might be best. I have a high BMI. What is your opinion? Please help

Of course my vote is sleeve! But you have to choose this for yourself. Go with your "gut instinct" (pun intended). You're doing your research. Remember that the Plication and Band sound less risky and invasive but it turns out they all have risks. I didnt ever want to have to consider another surgery down the road. Theres a plication thread, I would encourage you to check there for how their weight loss is going and any complications being reported.

Thanks for your opinion and direction Kelly! I am leaning more towards the sleeve the more and more I research. How was your recovery?
