Hello Everyone,,..

So i visited my doctors office and was going through my weight / health history and nothing is out of norm except that I have been between 285lbs and 328 in the pass 5/6 years.. I have always felt strong with great endurance and had always been active.. For instance last year i ran 15 5k about 12 10k and finish a 10 mile run in about 2hrs,.. I worked out 4 times a week Free weights, elliptical, Cross training, running/jogging and i would workout for over and hour with no problem.. I ate healthy., and worked out weekly.. but to no avail I couldnt get under 285lbs (a bmi of 38),,. Well that was last year and this year i Have slowed down and work out 3 times a week and only doing a couple of 5ks. Im 315lbs today.. I have been feeling like what the heck is wrong with me! I have come to the conclusion that i need more help than i initially thought! I was always told that " you look great for a chubby guy" or "dammmm you can workout that much" or "its your bone structure you are ment to be a big guy" Well Freak that .. I have 3 kids and i want to be around for them ..,Im afraid of obese related illnesses and if i dont take control of this i know illnesses are just lurking especially with my diabetes and heart related issues that run in my family..

So here is my Smack of reality.. I NEED HELP.. i understand that!....

Had a sleeve in 2017, lost over 100 pounds. Had a DS surgery this year (2025) for more sustainable weight loss. 🤞

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
