dalistone 2 Posted July 25, 2011 I'm Linda from near Kansas City Missouri. I started trying to get banded backed in 2008. I kept getting setbacks with my insurance and kind of gave up. Then earlier this year I got a post card from Malley Surgical Center about the gastric sleeve and that was it! My insurance is finally approved and now I am just waiting to hear a date. It's driving me crazy waiting. I received my approval letter a week ago Friday. The office said it would most likely be in about 4 weeks. My surgeons will be Drs. Malley and Fearing.
