Those with over 100 pounds lost - did you lose your bat wings??

Im 10 weeks out and down 42 pounds, I work out almost everyday. I do free weights and strength training more than cardio, but I can say that my arms have definitely gotten smaller, but I can already see some extra skin. Im 19, I'll be 20 in sept. so I'm hoping age is on my side, however my biggest concern is a sagging belly and flat chest, so I will have plastic surgery in that department, but I am hoping toning work out for my arms :)

Not entirely, but they look better the more I work my arms. (Yoga, hand weights and push ups off a table or such) Now you really only see them when I pick my arms up totally.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
