It takes me over an hour to drink a 8 ounce Protein Shake. This is normal right? I am so tired after drinking for over an hour!

Yes, at this stage of the game for you it will take an intolerable long time to partake. It gets better and at about 6 months out you will level out and be able to eat pretty much normally - that is a NEW normal not stuffing yourself the way we USED to eat.
