barbara465 2 Posted July 11, 2006 I just received Before & After: Living & Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery. by Susan Maria Leach. I'm not real impressed. Very few recipes. She includes many variations to making Protein Drinks. I was really looking forward to a good cookbook, but this isn't it.
Leila 0 Posted July 11, 2006 Barbara, sorry to hear that, glad you told me, I was thinking about ordering it, maybe I'll try one of the other ones instead. There is one by Patt Levine - Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery - has anyone read it?
housecatgirl 0 Posted July 11, 2006 Yes, it's full of recipes. I got it as a gift from a fellow bandster but I think it's also on www.amazon.com It also has portion tips for each recipe.
Sugar1 0 Posted July 11, 2006 I bought the book Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery. The Author was banded. The recipes are simple and delicious. You can use the recipes at the liquid, mushie and normal stage in your journey.
