Hair Loss

Ok so im going on 4 months post op in July 21, and im expericening Hair loss, i am panicing and not sure what to do. I have read that Protein is key, does anyone have some advice? im freaking out and will i be bald? please help.

I'm 3 months out and just noticed the past couple of weeks that I'm pulling alot of hair out in the shower. I have heard that Biotin really helps, and many people take it early on post op as a preventative measure. All of those who I know who had this kind of Hair loss says it's a pain, but not to worry and it will grow back.

Thanks Infernored, i have been taking Biotin, and im hoping itll stop soon, i cant stand losing my hair, i have very thin hair so you can imagine my pain again thanks!
