Tandybo 1 Posted July 9, 2011 Just curious... What changes do you make to your diet when you've reached goal and want to maintain your weight?
mina 27 Posted July 9, 2011 If you go on the internet you can look up basal metabolic rate and plug in your information and you can have a rough idea of how much calories you should be taking in a day. that will need to be adjusted base on how active you are. sleeve 4 me 910 Posted July 10, 2011 I am trying to figure this out as well. I hit my goal May 25th and so far, so good. I go between 147-150. I really am not going to worry unless I continue to drop, then we have a problem. NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM.
M2G 1,836 Posted July 10, 2011 Tiffykins has had some great input on this, I think she added in more carbs, 100% fruit juice, Peanut Butter, avacados (think higher denser calories like nutes, etc.) I have been more of a slow loser so I don't anticipate having problems with continuing to lose, I'm pretty sure it will be easy for me to stop losing.
