PhatGurl80 26 Posted July 8, 2011 I'm just curious if anyone had a good recommendation of what types of vitiamins I should start taking now. My surgery is a month away in Mexico, but I want to give my body a head start.
PhatGurl80 26 Posted July 8, 2011 Actually I'm kind of curious about pre-natals. Has anyone been taking those for your Vitamin intake? Heatherr 149 Posted July 13, 2011 I do a multi, Biotin, b-12 a few times a week and calcium citrate a few times a week. I took D-3 last month, but my levels are fine now. I don;t need Iron or I would be taking that too.
