xercisegirl 1 Posted July 7, 2011 So, my Doc said get my Protein naturally and only eat 3 four oz. meals a day. HOW do I get in all the protein I need???? Also, 3 4oz. meals isn't making me full. I do work out alot so that could be part of it but does anyone eat more often or larger amount? Also, what is the calorie count I should be going for?
