snowfie9 6 Posted July 6, 2011 I'ts definately good to shake things up in a stall. Whatever you've been doing, do something else for a few days or a week and that should be enough. But it can be hard to know what to do. Fewer carbs is a good bet, but fewer calories? Sometimes you need more calories to bust a stall. It can be difficult to tell. but good luck. dcoates 0 Posted July 6, 2011 I knew it was gonna happen sometime, Dr. told me to keep up with 2 shakes a day(which i haven't done) and increase my Water intake. What sux is that i'm pretty close to goal! the interesting thing is that clothing sizes keep going down but the scale won't move much! weird huh? I still feel great and people don't recognize me when they see me for the first time since my journey began. No regrets here!!! LIFE IS GOOD! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
