So I am going to have to start a Protein Drink soon but I was wondering if anyone knew of one that tastes most like the Optifast. I find that very tolerable and mild especially vanilla , I also dont like that gritty texture and if anyone has any suggestions about reg Protein Drinks non milk based I would definetly love to hear about it,...Thanx my life savers!!!!!
