Had Lap Band on 051806. Would be interested in hearing about other progress from patients. I would like to compare notes. Only lost 24 lbs at 6 weeks. Is this good? How do you add the ticker ruler?

Welcome! 24 lbs in 6 weeks is awesome. I believe the average is 1-3 lbs per week and you are averaging 4. You should be able to find lots of posts with more info and tips for you. There are a lot of great people on this site! Good luck!
