Along with the Gatorade and Popsicles my Dr's list says

Water, tea, juices, Jello, ices, ice pops (avoid red-colored Jello and ices and dairy)

of course you should check with your dr

All these are good but dairy is a full liquid and not a clear liquid.

I had sugar free popsicles, jello, broth, Decaf tea, Water. When I moved to full liquids then I had cream Soups and milk, thin yoghurt.

IN addition to that i have Apple juice and coconut Water ( Which i absolutely love ) may be youan try the same.

Get a friend to run to the Chinese resturant and get some egg drop Soup and strain out the eggs! It is a little bit thicker than broth and yummy when you don't feel good!

Also the won ton soup broth was good too!
