I just found out today I am allergic to corn and soy (not at all related to the surgery, just something I got tested today that has been bothering me for several months) Just wondering if anyone else deals with this, and if you have any good tips on how to eat post-sleeve? It seems everything I planned to eat for my liquid & soft stage contains corn and/or soy and the more I am learning, the more I am beginning to freak out.
