Thx everyone. :-) it is surreal. I am about 3 lbs from my lowest adult weight!!!! I can't wait to see the scale below 220!!!

I don't know anyone in Montreal, I wanted to do something fun so I bought tickets to see the band U2 in concert there on July 9th. I decided to just fly somewhere to see a concert, then picked U2 and since I have never been to Montreal figured why not? :-) l try to live an Epic life. One where when I lay my head on the pillow at night I smile. :-)

So how did you do it because i have been on a stall and it sounds like we had our surgeries around the same time and were about the same size. I have lost half of what you have done. Im trying to get some new tips.

Well, I pretty much eat Protein. Not a lot of carbs but I do have some carbs. I seem to lose 3-5 lbs then stall and go back up and down for 3-4 days and then lose again then back up and down. Each time after a couple days I go lower on the downward slope.
