wannasleeve 10 Posted June 17, 2011 Hello everyone! I am new to this forum I am in the research stages of the Gastric Sleeve. I know that I really want to do it because I just can't manage to lose weight on my own. I definitely don't mind working out but it just feels like it is vain because I do not lose weight. All though I know it doesn't hurt because exercising is key to being healthy for more reasons than just losing weight. I am a mom of a 3 year old and I want to be able to play and have energy to go just like him. It just seems so scary to go to Mexico to have surgery, but my insurance does not cover weight-loss surgery. My friend and I are definitely going to have it done in Mexico. peppercma 12 Posted June 17, 2011 I''ll be having my surgery in Tijuana with Dr. Kelly on July 29th. I first heard about him here at this site. I came to this site looking for Dr's in the Atlanta area, but all I seemed to "hear" about was Dr. Kelly in Mexico. I couldn't find one bad thing about him, and I looked, too.
