Ok .. so I am from the east coast.. and all my family is still there. They dont know it, but I am going home for my birthday September 14 to surprise everyone Mind you, no one will see me between now and then!

I was sleeved on June 9th - my question is.. how much can I expect to lose (roughly, as I know everyone is different) by then?? I really really want to look different by the time I go back!!!

So .. Sept 14 is my birthday, and my first short term goal LETS GET IT!!!!!

I have seen 3 months stats between 26 and 40+ pounds. I was low BMI and I lost 31 pounds by my 3 month surgiversary date. The interesting thing is that you lose the most from the waist up in the first couple of months so you will definitely look different around your face and shoulders.

WOW -- good for you! Talk about a great incentive! Your family will be amazed, and you will be smiling from ear to ear!

Below are my stats... I have not lost one single pound since first of June... I'am not worried about it, I know what I am eating and how hard I am working out....the scales will move again soon... Good Luck to you!!
